AiSMUS is being built as a practical place where products, services, skills and opportunities can meet customers in one connected marketplace.

Our story

The idea is to connect everyday buying and service needs with digital sales and marketing, so a person can discover an item, find a service, contact the right provider, and keep track of what they have done on the platform.

The problem we are solving

People often have to jump between different sellers, service providers, social pages, websites and messaging apps. We are working toward one clearer path for discovery, ordering, service requests, partnerships and follow-up.

Marketplace terms & rules

These rules are intended to keep listings clear, honest and safer for customers, sellers, service providers and renters.

1. Accurate information

Do not submit false prices, descriptions, ownership details, availability, specifications, photos or business information. You are responsible for the information you submit.

2. Right to list

Only list products, services or rentals you are authorized to offer. Do not list property, vehicles, equipment or other items that you do not have permission to rent or sell.

3. Prohibited activity

No illegal goods or services, fraud, impersonation, stolen property, misleading claims, harassment, or attempts to bypass platform checks or customer protections.

4. Quality & Affordable listings

Affordable listings are not presented as premium or automatically verified. Quality listings may require verification or supporting evidence. A listing can be reviewed, corrected, suspended or removed when rules are not met.

5. Rentals

Rental providers must clearly state the price period, deposit where applicable, availability, location and important rental conditions. Any agreement, inspection, handover and payment terms should be made clear to the customer before a booking is completed.

6. Customer conduct

Customers must provide truthful information, respect providers and use the platform for lawful purposes. Reviews should reflect genuine experiences and must not be fabricated or abusive.

7. Platform review

Submitting a form does not guarantee approval, publication or verification. The platform may request additional information and may restrict or remove listings that breach these rules or applicable law.

8. Acceptance

By checking the acceptance box on a submission form, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these Terms & Conditions and Marketplace Rules.
